Rachael Hatcher has been employed at Voyageur / Consortium for the past thirteen years as a School Social Worker.  She received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from University of Michigan Ann Arbor, and then attended Wayne State University, earning a Masters Degree in Social Work.  Her favorite part of being a social worker is watching students mature and develop into young adults.

"My greatest pleasure as a social worker is whenever students seek me out for assistance -- no matter how personal the issue," she commented.   Mrs. Hatcher is a wife and mother of two boys aged six and eight.  In her free time, she enjoys reading, shopping, being with friends, and spending time with her family.
